1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 10sbet platform — whether through the website at 10sbet.onl, the 10sbet mobile app, or any other access point we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 10sbet.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We will notify registered users of material changes through the platform or by email where possible.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account at 10sbet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a third party or legal entity.

• You must not already hold an active 10sbet account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

10sbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals or when there is reason to verify account ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you meet the eligibility requirements above. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorised it.

• Do not share your account credentials with anyone. 10sbet staff will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 10sbet account that you do not use for other services.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

10sbet takes reasonable technical measures to protect account data, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your own login credentials or from circumstances outside our control.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 10sbet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 10sbet does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit in your account.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• 10sbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure.
• 10sbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe it is associated with fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 10sbet account are paid in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and other approved methods. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Withdrawal processing times are determined by your VIP tier: Bronze and Silver members receive standard processing within 24 hours; Gold members receive same-day processing; Platinum members within two hours; Diamond members receive priority instant processing.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and is required to protect all account holders.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account at the point of request and varies by payment method.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money balance and VIP cashback are available for withdrawal.
• 10sbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is done to protect the security of your account and the integrity of the platform.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for your deposit may require additional verification.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

10sbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Most promotional bonuses carry a rollover requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times on qualifying games or markets before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated with each offer.
• Minimum odds: Where a sports betting bonus is subject to minimum odds conditions, bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Validity period: All bonuses have a validity period. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been used within the stated validity window will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. You cannot combine promotional bonuses with other simultaneous offers.
• VIP cashback: Cashback earned through the 10sbet VIP programme is credited as real PKR balance with no rollover requirement. VIP cashback can be withdrawn immediately or used to place bets.
• 10sbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a bonus has already been credited to your account, the terms in effect at the time of crediting will apply.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinated bonus abuse with other players — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

7 VIP Programme

The 10sbet VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Membership is automatic — every registered account begins at Bronze tier from the first settled bet. Progression through tiers is based on VIP points accumulated over a rolling 30-day period.

• VIP points are earned at a rate of 1 point per PKR 1 wagered across all products: sports betting, slots, live casino, and bingo.
• Points are credited after each bet settles. They are not credited at the time of placing a bet.
• Tier upgrades take effect immediately when the required points threshold is reached within the rolling 30-day window.
• Tier status is reviewed on a rolling 30-day basis. If your points total falls below the threshold for your current tier, a downgrade notification will be sent with a grace period before the downgrade takes effect.
• Weekly PKR cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, and support access levels are all determined by your current tier. Full tier benefit details are available on the VIP page.
• 10sbet reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefit structures, and cashback percentages. Registered members will be notified of any material changes to the VIP programme with reasonable notice.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another person.

8 Sports Betting Rules

10sbet offers sports betting markets across cricket (including PSL, Pakistan internationals, T20 series, and ICC events), football, esports, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market, which are published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and network connectivity. 10sbet is not responsible for in-play bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant market at the time of betting.
• 10sbet reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where there is clear evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant market. For live cricket markets, settlement typically occurs within minutes of the event concluding.

9 Casino, Slots and Bingo

10sbet offers a range of casino games, slot games, and bingo, all playable in PKR. The following rules apply to these products:

• All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages across a very large number of spins. They do not guarantee any specific outcome or return in any individual session.
• Technical malfunctions — such as a disconnection during a game round — are handled according to each game provider's rules. Incomplete game rounds that cannot be resolved will typically be voided and the wagered amount refunded.
• Bingo games operate according to the rules specific to each bingo room, which are displayed before you enter. Jackpot games have their own prize structure and eligibility rules as shown.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to certain games, particularly when a bonus is active on your account. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or bonus terms.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 10sbet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports results, or bonus abuse schemes.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Sharing account access with a third party, or allowing someone else to operate your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 10sbet staff or other players via any support channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, verification process, or security measure on the platform.

10sbet monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is identified, 10sbet reserves the right to take immediate action including account closure and withholding of balances pending investigation.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

10sbet may suspend or close an account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be moved to inactive status. You will be notified before this occurs.

If your account is closed for a reason other than a Terms breach or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any required verification is complete.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. If you are requesting closure due to problem gambling concerns, we recommend using the self-exclusion tool, which takes effect immediately.

12 Responsible Gaming

10sbet is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment for adults. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Increases to a deposit limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. When your session time limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been logged in and your net position for the session.

• 10sbet is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, data feed errors, or technical issues outside our reasonable control.
• 10sbet is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• 10sbet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, arising from use of the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

By using the platform, you accept that sports betting and casino gaming involves risk of financial loss. You are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made through your account.

14 Privacy and Data

10sbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We use your data to operate and improve the platform, process transactions, communicate with you about your account, and comply with our obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

15 Changes to These Terms
